How do I edit my information?
You can login to your account at anytime through your email address and modify or change your personal information and your banking or debit card information. Direct Link
How do I change/cancel my recurring gift or my payment method?

How do I setup ACH (Electronic Check) transfers?
You will register your account and either enter your bank login information to verify your account or there will be a couple small deposits made into your account that you will need to verify your account. These deposits will take 3 to 5 days to show up in your account and you will see them from your online or paper statement.
Why are there transaction fees and who pays them?
The transaction fees pay for the secure payment processing between accounts. You may select whether you want to cover the fees or not when you give. Debit Card Fees = 2.3% + $0.30/donation ACH (Electronic Check) Bank Transfer Fees = $0.25 per transaction (This is the best and lowest cost method.)
How will my data be used?
Your personal data will never be sold, traded, or given out to third parties.
Is my banking and debit card information secure?
Yes! We take data and payment information security very seriously. All sensitive financial information is stored with bank level security. All information transmission to our banking partner and on our site is done via an encrypted HTTPS (SSL) connection and stored by our banking partner to PCI DSS Level 1 compliant standards.
How will I know when my debit, or ACH is charged?
Anytime you're charged you will receive an email confirmation. You will also see "vcchapel" and/or "ValleyCommunityChapel" on your statements.
How long does it take for VCC to receive my gift?
Deposits are typically processed within a couple days and sent to the bank once a week.
Who processes the contributions to Valley Community Chapel?
We have partnered with Planning Central and Stripe for our ministry management and payment processing needs.
